Airport pickup and transfer to the hotel. Breakfast, cable car ride to Baikal Mountain for a walk and a welcome ceremony. Hotel check-in from 15:00, free time.

In the evening — a briefing for participants in the conference hall and a welcome reception at the restaurant.

In the evening at the hotel — a breathing practice session with Alexey Molchanov, followed by a meditative program with Baikal singing bowls.

The day on the ice begins with morning exercises, a welcome to the athletes, and welcome coffee on the ice, supported by our partners — the "Ice and Spoon" restaurant.

In the evening — a masterclass by international guests, and the day concludes at the Veles Banya with group steaming sessions.

The final day on the ice for all participants without exception: fun freediving, swims along the Baikal ice, photoshoots, and a relaxed get-together with a coffee break on the ice.

In the evening at the restaurant — a gala dinner with the official awards ceremony, a hosted program with performers, followed by a DJ dance party.
